Employed via contract or casual position under the award A.1.9 Support Services employee—level 9 via wage or salary, depending on the project/tasks required.
From $45 per hour or salary as agreed for project work
Keep your reception team focused on taking/making calls and providing customer service to your patients and providers. Allow me to do the background work for them to reduce the overwhelm of trying to fit it all in. This is an afterhours service to help keep your admin team on track for the week and does not include phone calls to patients.

The employment contract will be supplied by your practice including the agreed start/end dates, agreed wage, and an outline of the agreed position description. Once negotiated and signed, work will begin on first day of contract to connect with your IT department to set up remote access.
I will work with your IT department to setup and connect via a remote desktop, following your practice's usual security and confidentiality policies
All usual confidentiality agreements and employee documents will be signed, and your practice's Policy and Procedures followed.
Tasks and/or goals will be delegated to me by the management team at the practice and followed as per the practice's Policy and Procedure manual.
